HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?
An email will be sent confirming your order details and that we have received your order.
DO YOU PRINT ON OTHER GARMENTS RATHER THAN STANDARD T-SHIRTS?
Yes we can printed on various garments and styles of shirts, samples of these garments can be seen at step 2 of the ordering process. You can even send us your own tops in the post. For any special requirements like this, call our freephone number
CAN YOU PRINT ON BLACK & DARK T-SHIRTS?
Yes, that’s another reason to choose TSHIRTEXPERT, we, unlike most other company’s can print on ANY COLOUR GARMENT!
CAN I CHANGE THE DESIGNS?
Changes to our logos can be done for no extra charge. Text on the t-shirts can be changed also. Which makes the garment totally unique to you. Feel free to call us freephone on 0800 0234772 or make the changes on the site at step 3 of the ordering process.
To change the front text of a Tshirt: get to the 'Personalise and Order' section (step 3) and enter your text in the box labeled 'Front Text:'. You can change the text you see on the picture of the tshirt to anything you want. So for example the preview of the 'KOS' tshirt says 'KOS - London Lads 2009' - You can easily change this to 'Blackpool - Glasgow Boys Go Crazy' - it doesn't have to be KOS. All you do is type your text in the box. Each order is reviewed by a well-trained Tshirt Expert, and if they have any doubt about what changes you require, they will call or email you to confirm before printing.
We get a very wide range of requests - nothing shocks us! So feel free to put whatever you want in the box.
DELIVERY
Delivery is normally 7 working days from when we receive of your
order. However if you have left everything until the last minute -
don't worry - just contact us and we will do all we can to get your
t-shirts to you in time.
(There is an EXPRESS 4 day service available online toward the
end of your ordering process, just tick the box and express service
will be added on to your order)
DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is important that you give us a delivery address where somebody is going to be in all day, a works address is best, because the t-shirts have to be signed for. A mobile telephone number is useful as well so we can contact you just before the t-shirts are despatched to confirm the delivery address and the date you will receive them.

STEP 4: SELECT YOUR GARMENT & COLOURS
Still on the same page, you can now select your garment type and colour along with your print colour.
Just use the drop down boxes.
STEP 5: PERSONALISE THE LOGO
The next step will allow you to personalise the front text and add your names and numbers (optional)
STEP 6: Check all the details and make payment. TshirtExpert uses PayPal to handle our payments. They are a huge company owned by eBay and offer the quickest and most secure method of payment available.
